I am disappointed that since my trip back in June 2022 nobody from Pinnacle has made any effort to get back to my handwritten survey that THEY asked me to fill in. This was their answer from August 2022: "We'll wait for our operations manager to avail the response form to us and then get back to you" but nothing happened until now despite my many reminders. I booked a trip through MyTrip but Pinnacle operated it with their Jeep and guide. The guide was very nice but the Jeep was very old (though maintained) and therefore several things were not functioning so good such as the rooftops and the windows.
